Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.

How to return an item

Ensure the item is securely packed for return shipment.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 workings days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your items arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.

We may ask for photographs of the damaged item to process your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

Omega Equine Palatability

Care has been taken to design products with palatability in mind, however, each animal is an indivdual and may have varying preferences. It is recommended that supplements are added in gradually, to mitigate concerns regarding fussy feeders. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on indivdual feeding preferences.
